Conference Speakers
Tonya Marvin
Keynote Speaker
Tonya Marvin, founder of Transformed, Revived, and Renewed Ministries, finds joy in teaching the church. She has been called to encourage and equip God’s children by being a catalyst to mature the saints to the full and complete measure of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13). Tonya delights in helping others to hear the voice of God and to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to be disciples who make disciples (Jeremiah 33:3, Matthew 28:19). Tonya loves witnessing God transform lives, revive hearts, and renew minds (Romans 12:2). She is highly gifted in the prophetic and ministry of healing and spends much of her time equipping Christ followers to step into their personal calling. Tonya has been married to her husband Mark for 33 years and they reside outside of Findlay, Ohio.
Tim Johnson
Keynote Speaker
Pastor Tim Johnson has been in ministry for 25 years, 18 of which have been spent pastoring Pfrimmer’s Chapel UMC in Corydon, Indiana. Early in their ministry, the Holy Spirit asked Pastor Tim and his wife, Pam, if they wanted a “normal” ministry or a “supernatural” one. As they got on their knees and prayed together, they chose “supernatural” at that very moment! Since that decision, they have seen the Holy Spirit move in their life and ministry in incredibly anointed ways, transforming a country church of 85 in one worship service into a church of as much as 1,000+ attending 10 weekly services. Now, there are too many members to count due to all of the ministries around the globe, including 12 countries across 4 continents.
Pastor Tim also serves as co-founder and coach of The Joshua Center, a ministry of coaching and training leaders that reaches into 4 continents. He will soon complete his first book, Church by the Creek: Flowing in the Spirit. Pastor Tim and Pam have three adult children: a son, Taylor, and daughter in-law, Colleen; and two daughters, Merritt and Olivia. They also have a small pony (otherwise known as a Great Dane) named Meshach.

Mark Barrow
Breakout Session Speaker
In 1998, Mark found himself searching for more. He felt that his ministry as a worship leader had become dry and that he was just going through the motions. That year, Mark attended an Aldersgate Renewal Conference (ARM) where he experienced the fullness of the Holy Spirit and saw and felt the love of the Father like he had never experienced before. That experience took him on a journey serving the ministry of ARM. In 2000, he, his wife Betty, and their son Christopher moved to Tennessee to be closer to the ARM headquarters. In 2016, Mark accepted the position of CEO for ARM. Today, he continues to serve in leading the ministry to provide opportunities for every follower of Jesus to experience transforming growth through the love of the Father by the power of the Holy Spirit.
